Last night, the Rangers finally put together an offensive onslaught, and beat the Colorado Avalanche 6-1.
This was the Rangers first convincing win in about a month, and the guys you expect to score on a consistent basis all had goals. Zherdev, Naslund, Gomez, and Drury all posted goals in the 6-1 victory.
Lundqvist had a solid night between the posts, and Petr Prucha got signicant minutes while contributing to the lead with a goal of his own.
This is the kind of win Rangers fans have been dying for the last few weeks, and hopefully its a sign of good things to come.
